## What are the talks about?

The talks cover SEO, visibility in AI and standing out online. They're aimed at business owners and non-specialist teams, with real examples and demonstrations.

The problem

## What audiences usually take away.

Symptom 1

### Nothing

Sixty slides, acronyms, a speaker reading aloud. The audience looks at their phones.

Symptom 2

### Fear

“AI is going to change everything.” Without saying what to do on Monday.

Symptom 3

### An advert

Forty minutes to get to the pricing slide.

Your competitors all look alike. Good.

**Fig. 2.** Your market, as Google sees it. (You're the purple one. Or you could be.)

The answer

## The topics I cover.

Each talk is adapted to the audience and the length.

1. **The sanitised web.** Why all websites look alike, and how to stand out.
2. **Getting cited by AI.** What ChatGPT says about your industry, with a live demonstration.
3. **Google Business Profile.** The most profitable lever for a local business, in forty minutes.
4. **From zero to a million.** The story of France Minéraux, and what can be reproduced.

In detail

## What a talk includes.

### A call with the organiser

You describe the audience, the event's theme and what you want people to remember.

### An angle chosen for the room

I pick a topic and examples drawn from the industry of the people attending.

### A title and a summary

I provide the blurb for your programme and your invitations.

### A prepared demonstration

I test the searches shown on stage in advance, on Google and in ChatGPT.

### Q&A with the audience

I answer questions at the end, and stay available after the talk.

### A summary sheet

Attendees receive the key points and the first actions to take.

Making the choice

## Tailored talk, standard talk or hands-on workshop?

| | Tailored talk | Standard talk | Hands-on workshop |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Audience | A full room, all levels | Any room | A small group |
| Content | Prepared for your event | The same from one room to the next | Exercises on attendees' websites |
| Examples | Drawn from your audience's trade | Applicable to every industry | Cases brought by each attendee |
| What the audience takes away | Clear ideas and first actions | An overview of the subject | Know-how on a specific point |
| Suits you if | You want a talk that speaks to your guests | You have a slot to fill quickly | You want everyone to practise |

A talk makes people want to act and shows where to start. If you want attendees to know how to do it, plan a workshop afterwards.

### It's for you if…

- You're organising a trade show, a seminar or a business networking evening
- Your audience is made up of business owners or teams from outside the field
- You want a speaker who practises the job he presents
- You want a topical subject handled with verifiable examples

### It's not for you if…

- You expect a sales pitch for a product
- You want to train a team in a specific task
- You want a script read out, approved word for word in advance
- You have no information about the expected audience

In pictures

## What well-run SEO looks like.

**On stage.** SEO explained to business owners, without jargon.

**A Google Business Profile.** 557 interactions between April and September 2026, up every month.

**ChatGPT.** “Very present on GEO, EEAT and conversational search topics.”

**Four books.** What I recommend is published, dated and signed.

In practice

## What you get.

- A preparatory conversation with the organiser
- A talk adapted to your audience
- Live demonstrations when the room allows
- Time for questions
- Slides handed to attendees

Pricing

## How much does a talk cost?

I send you a quote after our preparation call. Four factors make it vary.

- The format: short talk, full keynote or panel discussion
- The preparation work specific to your industry
- Travel from Cognac or Paris
- Adding a workshop after the talk

Who you're talking to

## Your SEO consultant: a business owner, not just an SEO.

My name is Kévin Papot. More than fifteen years in the job, four co-written books, and the Newp agency, co-founded in Charente. I also run my own online shops, in France and internationally: one of them went from zero to a million visits a month.

**Before we talk tags, we talk margin, average basket and profitability.** When you book a call, I'm the one who picks up.

FAQ

## Talks: frequently asked questions.

How long?

From twenty minutes to half a day, depending on the format.

Do you travel?

Yes, anywhere in France. Remote talks are possible too.

What does it cost?

It depends on the format and travel. We discuss it in a first conversation.

Can you cover a topic that isn't on your list?

Yes, if it relates to SEO, AI visibility or online selling. If the topic falls outside my field, I tell you and don't take the talk.

How far in advance should I contact you?

The earlier the better, because I prepare each talk for its audience. For a date coming up soon, write to me: I'll get back to you quickly about my availability.

What equipment do you need?

A screen or projector, a microphone if the room is large and an internet connection for the demonstrations. Without a connection, I show prepared screenshots.

Can the talk be filmed or streamed online?

Yes, with my prior agreement on how the recording will be used. We clarify this together before the event.

Do you take part in panel discussions?

Yes. I can speak alongside other guests or answer a moderator's questions. I just ask for the themes in advance.

Will you use the stage to sell your services?

No. I introduce myself in one sentence, then cover the topic. Anyone interested can come and see me afterwards if they wish.
