SEO & GEO consultant · 15 years · 4 books

Your website deserves to stand out.

I only recommend what I've made work on my own websites. That's what moves yours up, on Google and in AI answers.

01 · The problem

A sanitised web.

Your competitors use the same tools, the same website templates and, lately, the same AI to write. The result: four symptoms.

To see what this site would look like if it did what everyone else does. (Five seconds, then you get it back.)

Fig. 2. Your competitors, as you walk past. (Hover over them: they're watching you too.)

Click a box to go from the symptom to the answer.
Symptom 1

Cloned websites

Same templates, same blocks, same stock photos. Swap the logo and the colour, done.

Symptom 2

Sanitised copy

Written by the same AI, proofread by nobody. Correct, smooth, forgotten as soon as it's read.

Symptom 3

Interchangeable results

Ten blue links promising the same thing. Yours is somewhere in there.

Symptom 4

AIs that cite everyone else

ChatGPT recommends three names. It has no reason to give yours.

Fig. 3. Four symptoms, four answers. (Any resemblance to your industry is perfectly normal.)

  1. Your businessThe answer Google and AI choose to show.

02 · The principle

We remember what stands out.

In 1933, psychologist Hedwig von Restorff showed that, in a series of similar items, the one that differs is remembered first.

What holds for memory holds for a results page, and for an AI that has to pick three sources out of thousands. It's not about doing more than everyone else. It's about not doing the same.

The detail of this page

A results page, yours

Type what your customers search for in the bar: your trade, your town. Google replies with a list where everyone promises the same thing, and you're at the bottom. Move your line up.

Your position: 8

Fig. 5. A results page, eight lines. Seven promise roughly the same thing. (Position 1. The other seven did nothing wrong. They just did the same.)

What this means for you. I don't promise first place everywhere. Together we pick the searches that pay, and I push up the page that answers them.

Why should Google trust you?

Fig. 6. Three films, one question. (The fourth is hidden somewhere on this page.)

03 · The solution

Think outside the box.

Join nine dots with four lines without lifting your pen: it's impossible as long as you stay inside the square. Most websites' SEO stays there.

One answer for each symptom. You've just seen them: the same four boxes, where only one thing changed. You.

Why it's the same in SEO

The square is the rules everyone imposes on themselves without anyone having set them: target the same keywords as your competitors, write like them, rely only on Google. As long as you stay inside, you only have four lines for nine dots. Rankings are won outside.

Lines: 0 / 4 · Dots joined: 0 / 9

Demonstration

The same message, written twice.

On the left, what an AI produces with no brief. On the right, what someone writes when they have an idea and stand up for it.

In an ever-evolving digital world, it is essential for businesses to optimise their online presence. Our agency supports you with tailored solutions, adapted to your needs, to boost your visibility and achieve your goals.

Portrait of Kévin Papot

Who you're talking to

A business owner. Not just an SEO.

My clients tell me: they like working with me because I think like them. I have an agency to run and my own websites to make profitable.

Before we talk tags, we talk margin, average basket and profitability. SEO comes next, in service of those numbers.

My name is Kévin Papot. More than fifteen years in the job, four co-written books, and the Newp agency, co-founded in Charente. When you book a call, I'm the one who picks up.

04 · The safeguards

Four things I don't sell.

  • Guaranteed first pageNobody can honestly guarantee it. I commit to a plan, priorities and measurements.
  • Twelve-month contractsSupport is monthly and can be cancelled. You stay because it works.
  • A junior behind a salespersonThe person who answers you is the one who builds the strategy. That's me.
  • A forty-page reportYou get what needs doing, in order, and what it achieved.

No clicking allowed.

Your turn

How much could SEO earn you?

Move the sliders with your own numbers. The maths is deliberately simple: searches, a share of clicks, a conversion rate, the value of a customer.

These are your assumptions, not a promise. We swap them for your real numbers during the call.
